By booking a trip with Pampa Treks LLC ("Pampa Treks," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.
Our Role
Pampa Treks LLC organizes and coordinates group trips by arranging services with independent third-party operators, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, and local guides. Pampa Treks LLC does not directly own or operate these services and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party operator.
Assumption of Risk
Travel and outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to travel delays, changes in weather, and physical activity in unfamiliar terrain. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Pampa Treks LLC, its members, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this trip, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Payment
Booking requires a deposit, with the remaining balance due by a date communicated to you at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation relative to Pampa Treks' own commitments to vendors (e.g. flights, hotels). Specific refund terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Itinerary Changes
Itinerary details are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, vendor availability, force majeure events). Pampa Treks LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives but is not liable for such changes.
Insurance
All travelers will be covered by a basic group travel insurance policy arranged by Pampa Treks LLC. Given its limited scope, travelers are encouraged to review the coverage and consider additional personal travel insurance.
Conduct
Pampa Treks LLC reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip, without refund, for conduct that endangers themselves, other travelers, or the group's ability to participate in planned activities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
